Cee

I would take it 1-2 hours prior to your workout, and then again immediately afterward. If you dont want to double your dose to do this, go half dosage each time.
 
Most of the time if you read research on the new cee it will tell you take it 30 mins. before you work out.
 
I havn't seen any credible research about cee pointing to ANY dosage times, merely peoples personal experience and results and lable directions. I would be interested to see this research of which you speak.

That being said, 1-2 has always worked best for me, has been the concensus with those I spoke with, and is basicly what my lable says as well

In the long run I highly doubt if there is even a difference between 1hour 2 hours or 30min. Take it when YOU feel it best.
 
Very true. It's always worked best for you? when its only been out a very short awhile and there is like only one company that is the af store who sells the pure cee
 
It has been out long enough for me to try 2 seperate cee products (BSN[BOO :dodgy: ] and VPX), and experiement with just about every dosage pattern I can think of. Im confused by this pure CEE bit, noone mentioned the use of a pure cee product, only cee in general unless I have missed something....
 
Only hte AF store has it out. The other stuff is still the same creatine that has been out just that name. There have been like 4 proven thast not pure cee
