Aight I have a quick question. I've been taking CEE for about 2 weeks now. At first I was just taking about 5 g over a couple servings throughout the day. Lately I've been taking 4 1/2 teaspoon servings throughout the day totaling 10g for the day. Is this too much or not? I think it's a good amount myself, just curious. Also, after a workout, I take a serving of creatine, and about 20 minutes later a protein shake. Before a workout, if I want to take both a serving of creatine and protein shake, how should I schedule these? Thanks.
