Carnosine?

Its not a steroid but i guess it has some pretty good benefits as a supplement.

any of you have experience with it?

It does not seem to have any anabolic qualities and I don’t see any benefit to it compared to the basic supplements.

does no one on here have experience with this supplement? everything ive read about it online is positive. its given to kids with autism and apparently has helped very much.

i read it has been used as a suplement by bodybuilders and athletes for years.

is there none on this board that have used it?

hmm.. ok well i guess ill be the guinni pig (sp?)

my tbol cycle is done and im starting my CEE and Carnosine cycle now.

so ill report back on my results when im done.

i wont be lifting heavy like in the past couple weeks but ill be running my ass off. we'll see how it goes
