I will be starting my Test E 1-12 cycle Dbol 1-4 cycle soon. Its my first one so when it kicks in and I turn into the incredible hulk should I take it slow. Ive heard of bros ripping their biceps off their skeletons. ouch. I dont want to tear anything.

While "on" UP the intensity...be smart about it though...you know what your body can handle...and just cause your "ON" doesnt mean be a "show off" this is where all your injuries come from mostly ....meaning use proper form and control the weight..
 
play it safe. Make proper efforts towards gains. You don't need to go fro 250-350 on your bench in a week.

You should have the most intense workouts in the gym. THis expels alot of agression and can be pretty tiresome if done right. As stated above the correct form of lifting can help reduce the possibility of injury. Also please be sure to research everything in full before going to the AAS.
