cardio question

Hey bro's, I'm about to start a 8 week cycle of deca with 6 weeks of d-bol. I was planning on going five days a week to the gym or maybe 6, my problem is is that I also do four days a week of kickboxing. So I was wondering if I should increase my calories on those days say by maybe 500-700 cal so I will still be gaining good mass.

What do you guys think?

I would up my calories even more on those days. I would also try to cut back my days in the gym to 4/week. I don't believe in overtraining, but I do believe in under-recuperating.
 
Yes, if you want to gain weight you must consume more calories than you burn.Since everyones metaboliosm differs I really can't give you an exact amount of calories for you to consume.You just have to experiment so try increasing like you said say 700 hundred calories and if you still don't see progress or your weight going up just up the calories again till you do.
