My waist size is startin to go up somewhat from my bulking diet, even though it is clean. I know it's natural, but is still bothers me. Will cardio help me out st all, or should I just stick it out and go with clen post cycle with a lot of cardio?
some people do cardio on a bulking cycle...do it once a week for 15-20mins or 1 a week everyother week for the same amount of time...wait after the cycle and cut....but i would not worry about the waist size it will go down
i walk on the treadmill 3X a week @30min and keep my waist at 27 - 28 and stll put on good size with the bulk cycles and do not have to diet as hard during cutting cycle and it helps get the sorness out of my quads from the fina shots he he he
