Cardio and Gear Stack

Hope everyone had a nice halloween.

A little history, I am looking to do an amateur
bodybuilding show next November, which goves me a little over a year to prepare. I have been training off and on for 8 years.

Currently, I have attained some quality mass, however, need to drop bodyfat.
I weight 255 pounds and am going to try and come in around 180-190 pounds.
I am 5:10.

My question involves my cardio. I normally do cardio in the morning,
first thing on an empty stomach. With my current work schedule, I am only really able to get to the gym once a day, which would be morning.
So, do I do the workout on an empty stomach too, followed by cardio.
My concern is that it would eat too much muscle and I would be worst off
than now.

Next, What would be a good stack to use while cutting.
I am sure that most of the results would depend on diet, however,
I want to make sure that I get some real life experiences here.

Any suggestions?

Tough question and congratulation to your wife,


But I think if you are cutting, and do a low dose of test, you will not lose muscle,


Primo is fantastic, you can starve, do cardio, go crazy and still gain lean muscle.


One thing the REALLY inhibits weight lost is booze, so stay off any alcohol while cutting, and add a little test ALL the time.


I am cutting right now, not even doing that much cardio, just living on a cleaner diet and test,

Have cut out booze and starting to see improvements.

Diet,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, super clean, especially the first 2-3, months to develop that mental habit.
 
I train in the morning and then do cardio. I have my first meal an hour before I train. Then I do my cardio and then have my second meal. It will work.

The best combo for cutting is test(any kind), EQ, Tren, and Winstrol.
 
eq is not good for cutting in my opinion...fucking makes me wanna eat every hour..lol..i would run some growth buddy...low dosage for a while...like 2iu ed for a year at least
