Carbs!

When trying to cut some body faT, WHAT ARE THE BEST TIMES TO EAT YOUR CARBS. I'm just worried by trying to cut down with low carbs I'll lose muscle and size.

Good advice so far...Just make sure that you are eating complex carbs, like oatmeal and sweet potatoes. Eat the last little bit after workout. Up your protein to compenstate for lost carbs. I would also recommned not going below your bodyweight in carbs for long periods time, this will help you retain more mass and keep you fuller. IF you are eating complex carbs and unprocessed proteins you will cut up...

i read a post a while back about cycling your carbs if your trying to cut. i have just started this myself. 6 - 8 meals a day
Meals with carbs
day 1-- 3 in morning 1 afternoon 10% < bw
day 2-- 2 in morning 1 afternoon 20% < bw
day 3-- 1 in morning 1 afternoon 30% < bw
day 4-- 1 midday no more than 60 to 80 grams
day 5-- 3 in morning 2 afternoon 100% bw
day 6-- 2 in morning 1 afternoon 20% < bw
day 7-- 1 midday 60 to 80 grams
start cycle over
increase protein each day you cut a carb meal
the afternoon intake needs to be by 6pm latest unless you work out really late. i work out at 5:30am

early in the morning, few hours before your workout, post-workout and thats about it, dont eat hardly any, too late in the evening

processed proteins are lunch meats and low quality meats that are not 100% pure and have been presserd together, like a hot dog! Quality proteins like chicken breasts, turkey brests, tuna, and eggs are the best sources.
