O.K guys what is the given rule for how many of each per pound of body wieght for buking up?
ex 1.5grams of protien per pound

Then what is the given rule for the cutting stage?

Your answers would be greatly appreciated

you have to post your weight and I'll tell you how many grams of each to eat-but I do know that protein should be over 300g a day when bulking
 
Bulking:
1.5-2g protein per lb/bodyweight
3g carbs per lb/bodyweight
50-100g fats per day

cutting:
12cals/lb/bodyweight
70%protein;20%carbs;10%fats
