im on a diet where i carb up every 8th day or so and i take the day off from cardio and weights. The last few times ive done it it has given me bad diahhrea and i have felt lightheaded all day, and it hasnt boosted my weights up as much as i thought it would/should in my workout the following day? am i not digesting them or something hence the diahhrea? what could be causin this?
