Carb cycling on this Workout Program?

Would carb cycling be ok on this workout program? I am currently cutting, and thought I'd give carb cycling a go, but didn't no whether it would cause me to loose muscle on the following program>?



12 Day Rotation

1. Biceps/Triceps/Abs

2. Quads/Calves

3. Back

4. Off Day

5. Chest/Shoulders


6. Traps/Legs/Calves

7. Biceps/Triceps/Abs

8. Off Day

9. Back


10. Hamstrings/Calves

11. Chest/Shoulders

12. Off Day

REPEAT

carb cycling will not cause you to lose much muscle on any program. A crappy program and excuses will. If you maintain or advance your strength, while losing weight, you should be fine.

You need to time your carbs so that you are fueling your toughest workouts beforehand and feeding yourself carbs afterwards..... If you have a tough workout ahead and practically no carbs that day.. you're gonna have a bad workout and that bad workout over time will lead to muscle loss.
