carb Cutter question.

my wife is on a keto diet and its killing her so she is going to cheat a little and eat some carbs.

She mainly wants to know how good these pills are to take for cutting into y0ur carbs. They are supposed to convert carbs into energy.

absorptive veg fiber

banaba leaf extract
gymnema fenugreek seed extract
super citirmax vanadium

Did she just start the diet? If so try and hang on it will get better after the first week. If not Is she getting enough fats?

you might want to put her on 5-HTP, for this is typical for women

vanadium is old news, R-ALA is the new trend for glucose disposal

White Kidney Bean Extract is the only suppelemnt I know that can drastically decrease the digestability of carbs

I would suggest telling your wife to change diets if she can't stick to CKD, a balanced diet (40/30/30) would be effective. The point of the CKD is NO carbs as you know, if she has carbs it can become counterproductive where she will gain fat.

Thanks for the replies. She is going to try and stick with the keto for now and if she cant handle it she is going to switch to balance diet. Mrx ive been reading alot of your stuff lately and really enjoy your post. Goldmine of info.

Im just now starting to understand how these diets work. Ive always just piled in tons of calories and lots of protien. 400-500 grams a day but now im going to concentrate on getting ripped up.
