I hate that they have internet forms, and then they still have to call you to do the estimate. so stupid - could automate the whole process, but nooooo.
I have a company called Arbella, I pay $299 a month, I'm 25 (only been driving 3 years), one car, no moving violations - but I'm in MA where the insurance is all regulated - they all dick you over the same.
here in MA it is pretty much all based on how long you have been driving - there are some other factors like how much the car costs and such, but the largest factor is the time with a MA license (even if you have driven for 15 years out of state, they will still treat you like you have never driven unless you jump through hoops to proove to them that you were good in that state).

State Farm.. $289 every 6 Months for just my 2002 Truck
$100 Deductable
Highest coverage for Collision/Comp and Uninsured motorist
No violations since 1986 or so, and that was just a couple of speeding tickets.
No claims since 1979 against the policy
I've had the same Policy # since 1978.
Just added new vehicles and updated the coverage.
I recently added my Wife's car and Mother in Laws under my policy #, so they get a seperate bill but a multi car discount..
When I went from a 1994 Truck to my 2002, the coverage went up only $26 a year and I doubled my Comp coverage....
