Ok, overall I think captain Ribman had some solid points for little Billy, and im not quite sure why his popularity as a superhero or professional role model didn't catch on, he really seemed to give two shits abouts Billy's self esteem and health. Original gloves, but mind you his costume appears to be a stolen version of space ghosts white leotard, just died blue with a plaid cape.
