Capsule Size and Filler?

hey chaps

If you are looking at capping your dbol powder what is the suggested size for caps? 00 or 0 and so on. I ask because depending on density etc of powder can determine the cap size required. I am thinking of making up 5mg caps.

Also why the hell would you put a filler in to your cap along with the dbol powder? what is the benefit of this and is it really required?

I did do some research but people suggest yes and no to a filler!

I use a filler so i can accurately fill 100 caps at a time with ease, otherwise i have to measure out each dose individually for each cap. I use creatine as filler since it is stuff I will be taking anyways. Use any powdered supplement that you would normally take as filler. 00 caps have a volume of 0.95 mL and 0 caps are 0.68 mL.
For 100 caps (I use 0), I weigh the total amount of active ingredient per cap*100. ie: if I make 50mg caps, I weigh out 5g of active ingredient (50mg*100caps=5000mg=5g), and then bring up the final volume to 68mL with filler, and homogenize (dry mill grinder works well)
Load it all into my capping device, with 100 empty caps...couple minutes later, I've got 100 caps ready to use.

Thanks for that I am no Maths whizz but my main concern was one I didn't want huge ass caps if I didn't need them and two is a filler really required and for what benefit does the filler have other then helping with making the whole process quicker?

Filler isn't required, but it makes it easier to both fill the caps quickly, and to ensure an consistent amount per capsule.
