where can you buy a cheap one of the capusule machines to cap 500g of something like ala or B5 powders. Are they easy to use or a big pain in the ass?

i'd go with 1's. i have an 00 and they hold about 500mg

its not the fastest thing in the world but if you do it while watching tv or something you wont care. takes the longest for me to pull all the gelitan caps apart in the beginning before i get started. it'd say its worth it

whats the correct size caps to use for 500mg of a powder.

http://www.cap-m-quik.com/faq.html#frequently says a size 1 cap is 300-600mg depending on how you pack it.. i guess its not really much of a science.
