My younger brother and I have developed a golf practice unit. We have an operable prototype, but no patent. A patent would cost about $10,000 for the search, fees and negotiations all done by an attorney. We need to be able to get a patent pending before we can introduce it to Golf Smith, or other retailers.
Is anyone interested in becoming a partner for about $10,000 or does anyone know of how to raise this kind of investment capital?
Each unit costs about $50 to produce and we figure it could retail for as much as $150.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
