Can't get gyno under control. Complication after Complication.

Hey, this is my first post on this site or any other bodybuilding site for that matter, but I hope I could get some advice.

I ran a cycle of super-DMZ about 2 months ago for 4 weeks, and began PCT with just nolva. During the first week I dosed nolva at 40, but I immediately got gyno symptoms. I got ahold of some letro and I've been using it for about two months now. I have the typical side effects of letro, like achey joints. My nipples have small pea sized lumps behind them, but they also get puffy at times and leak very minor amounts of liquid.

I also noticed puffiness ON cycle but I have to admit I hadn't educated myself enough at the time to realize that was a problem.

I don't know much about gyno, but there are lumps AND lactation, so I'd guess it's estrogen and prolactin related. Correct me if I'm wrong

I am still running letro and I added prami in at .5 ED as last of Monday. I also began using forma-stanzol last week, 5 pumps am and pm. I feel like whenever it seems to improve, within a couple of days the lumps are back and nipples get bigger.

Letro is at 2.5 mg ED but I'm taking it from 2 bottles because I wasn't sure if one was legit. If they both are, it would be 5.

Add in TOREMIFENE at 50mg a day bro, it is the key to your gyno reversal.
Your taking way too much letro.

Once your nipples clear up you will want to prevent rebound.

no problem bro... people think letro crushes e2 and starves the breast tissue in estrogen. When in actuality letro at 2.5mg a day only drops e2 by about 50%. A SERM has and ALWAYS WILL BE the number one gyno treatment. Toremifene is the answer

Ok, I've been takin torem at 50 mgs for 3 days. Nothing new to report.

I sent needtogetaas a pm a few weeks ago but he hasnt replied yet. I can tell he is super popular around here so Im sure he is busy as shit.

So, as of now, torem at 50 mgs, letro 2.5, prami .5

Letro will go down to 1.25 but I want to taper it down. Letro is definately working. I have had NO sex drive and achey joints for like 2 months. I am still making strength gains at the gym, which is kind of weird.

Prami gave me terrible sides for the first 2 weeks. It sucked, couldnt breathe through my nose. I reigned that side in finally. Thinking I may ramp prami up to 1 mg if I still dont make progress. If I can handle the sides.

It almost seems like the lumps have gotten bigger They are still like pea sized or BB sized and idk if anyone would notice it without me pointing it out. But sometimes u can slightly see them through my shirt.

I'm going through a real bad breakup and this fucking gyno on top of it is making life hellish. I just want it gone forever.

Hey man I know what you mean by the lumps getting bigger thing. Mine are smaller, but my nipple seems to stick out more. Needto has me on the letro and prami right now. He also wanted me to have tamox (novla) on hand, I think the combination of the three is what kills it. I'm still waiting to hear from him on when I should apply it.

Torem seems interesting tho, give it a few days and let me know how it works out for you. I think Needto prefers the Tamox, not sure why, maybe he will comment!

ps. be patient for needto, usually takes a couple days, Hes good to get back to you tho! You seem to be on the right track so far. My log outlines everything he has told me.

Thanks man. The problems we are having seem quite similar. The lump makes the nipple stick out alot more which is what bothers me so much. Its worse on my left side

Nolva unfortunately doesn't work on me. I found out... after... that there are some medications that can interfere with novla and render it completely useless. That explains why the nolva did not do anything for me in PCT. Torem, however, does not have this problem.

Be patient bro...the Torem has a long half life and takes a while to build up. Nolva is horribly outdated and should never be used by bodybuilders.

The lump in your chest may/may not be the cause of your puffy nipples. There are pleny people with huge gyno lumps and flat nipples.

Drop your bodyfat <10% and see if you still have puffy nipples.

Thanks brother. I need to get some calipers. My guess would be Im about 12 percent. But they arent puffy all the time. They just get puffy when it is very hot. But when it gets cold they are like the pyramids in Egypt lol. Ok, not quite that bad, but the lumps go away when they get puffy. I'd rather them be puffy all the time like that because when they are I can't tell at all.

It doesn't look like I have tits, my nipples just stick out :/

I'm runnin the protocol though, so I got my fingers crossed.

Also, do you guys think it's strange I'm making gains on letro? I'm getting stronger every week, most noticably in my compounds like deadlifts and squats. I have read everywhere you will make no gains on letro. I mean my joints are on fire and sex drive has taken a huge hit, but it still kind of concerns me

From what I understand about Letro is that it raises your testosterone slighty. But it kills IGF-1 levels and messes with other hormonal balances in the body by killing 98% of the estrogen. Estrogen does have SOME good functions in the body. Needtogetaas has a really good writeup about the estrogen somewhere..

letro only cuts estrogen in men by about 50%. The study that letro kills estro by 98% was only a study done on women.

Letro 2.5 mg ED, Adex 1mg ED, Aromasin 25mg ED: all have the same potency in males and drop e2 levels by about 50%. Probably a litte less in younger males.
