I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but when the pass phrase login screen appears the applet doesn't run. Instead there is a solid grey box without the white pass phrase bar. At the bottom of the web browser screen (IE 6.0) the text says
"error: Java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: com/ms/applet/AppletPanel.securedClassLoad Possible causes: If you are trying to....."
My OS is Win2K, and I recently installed Norton System Works 2002 as well as Norton Internet Security 2002. The same error occurs when I disable NIS. I had rather not go through the process of uninstalling NIS or NSW, so if any one has any suggestions please pass them my way. I already looked at the HELP and FAQ links and came up empty handed.
