Whats goin on fellas, im going to cancun in June, i was planning on bulkin all summer but i guess my plans have to change. i realy wasnt prepared to do a cutter but im going to have to now.. my friend has my gear on the way.. i dont know exactly what it is yet all he said was he'll get me as cut up as he can in the time frame i gave him. i trust him so im not worried about the gear, i know it will be what i need.. now my question is diet...i think my diets gonna have to be pretty extreme to cut as much as i want to in such a short time. so do any of you guys have any ideas? im gonna be hitting cardio an hour a day monday to friday. and change my workout to low weight lots and lots of reps.. so realy all i need to get dialed in is my diet.. so let me have it fellas what do you think?
 
...I think you should know WHAT you are getting for AAS so that you can plan your cycle, diet and PCT better.
 
put up your proposed cutting diet everyone has different needs/ likes etc and i don thtink neone here will just write you a diet

I think that you have no idea about proper training (based on the above statement), you have no idea about diet...

and therefore have no business using any AS.

Thats the truth and the bottom line..... but we both know you are just goingt to do whatever you want.
 
Well bro since no one will help you I wil try....after all, we all started not knowing shit and thats what this board is all about helping share information to people who want to learn. AAS aside, you first need to dial in your diet. You need to be religious about eating every 2-2.5 hours. Try to keep your carbs to a minimum except for your post workout meal...about 100 grams of high glycemic carbs post workout. Take your thermogenics throughout the day Ripped Fuel, Xenadrine...etc. And most importantly do your cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Make sure you start at least 8 weeks before vacation and you wil be looking ripped!

Do as much research as you can bro before incorporating AAS into the mix.

What he said ^^^ plus what the other people on this thread said: Your not ready to start a cycle if you don't even know what your taking and haven't researched anything about AAS. When it comes to my body i trust no one but myself.

Besides that:
1) your diet should be low on carbs high protein and low fats
2) Cardio in the morning on empty stomach
3) Use an ECA stack

college is usually out of session by mid-may. How old are you? In high school I presume since they end in June and all end up going to cancun. But I could be wrong. 4 weeks really isn't that bad of a time frame (jk of course)
 
put up your diet bro well altwer it for i.e. at least put up times you can eat train, sleep wake etc all i will just thro up a day of my cutting diet and you alter it for your needs. im not not goign to help but i need some info. age, weight, bf% training experince. it helps for everyone here to give yout he info you require we aint being arseholes just need the info

I think you'd be better off if your friend had a diet on the way, not gear. But with an extra hour a day of cardio and a strict diet, you should be ok. Whats your body fat % at right now, out of personal curiousity?
 
Well i just finished my cycle about 3 weeks ago, and right now im 5'11 235 13% bf. And im very aware that diet and cardio are the way to get cut up and lean.. and gettin the gear from my friend is the way iv always done, i tell him all my stats at that point in time, tell him the goals id like to achieve.. and he builds it up for me.. before he gives it to me he tells me everything he ordered and i go off and try to learn about them....and also im not just messing with steroids bc its spring break. i am absolutely still a beginner but iv got 4 cycles under my belt and by no means do i think thats alot or even close to being alot. Iv just always done bulking cycles and never wanted to cut. and i was planning on bulking up all summer, but i dont want to anymore. so im very inexperienced when it comes to cutting cycles. im used to eating like 300-400 grams or protein a day and huge meals.. and i knwo obviously i cant do that right now so i was asking for a little help on the diet part. but its ok ill just read up on my own.. thanks anyway

if those really are your stats bro, thats not bad at all.....you got plenty of mass there it appears, just do some cardio and show off the muscle you gained.....you don't have to be on a cycle to look good!

13% bf isnt bad at all, just rip down to under 10 and go with it

Those are definitely my stats. I worked hard to get to this point..and it kinda disappointing that i ask a simple question about diet and i get jumped on like that.. i mean who doesnt want to look good when they go on vacation. so fuckie sue me that i wanna tighten up a little before i go, is that so bad. and like i said iv never cut before really. i started using AS pretty young, i knew i shouldve waited but i didnt want to i made the decision to start. when i graduated high school i weighed 180 lbs. and over 6 years i got to this point. everything i always did was mass building, from my diet to my AS to my workouts. and i ask for a little help on my diet and i get all those bullshit replies. but whatever thank you for the real response. diet and cardio will definitely be my main focuses.

i agree with DRR, you have good stats. you dont need to get on a cycle just to cut a few % bf.
just clean up your diet(research and ask q's in the diet forum) and do some cardio, and you will be there. dont need AS to cut a little

Im still trying to tweak mine...so i dont want to give you bad info.

Mr.X is awesome with diet issues.
and the Diet forum is great. tell them your stats, goals.... and they should really be able to help you out also
 
look bro this is one day of my cutting diet it is approximately 1500cals ok. i dont know macros and dont really care about them either i work on photos and bf% and if loosing to much muscle i up the protein, if srnegth is fallein i up the carbs i play it by ear dpedningon how i feel. but this is a good outline for you

wake- 30grams of whey

45mins cv

8.00- breakfast- 6x turkey rashers, 1 slice of granary bread, 200grams of strawberries
11.00- chicken breast and 1 piece of fruit
12.30-large salad (lettuce, pepers, tommatoes, celery, cuccumber, beetroot), 150grams of slamon, 2 oat cakes, 1 piece of fruit
4.00- 1 piece of fruite, 80grams of chicken, 1 oat cake
post weights 20grams of whey
post cv (45min steady state) 20grams of whey and 3g of glutamine

8.00- dinner- 150grams of white fish, egg sized sweet potato and a load of veg (any time really)
10.00- pre bed snack- 100grams of cottage cheese and 10 olives

11.00 bed- if i wake up 20grams of whey

roughly they aare the clas it was put together by my dietician and so i dont rally knwo the breakdown i get weekly diet from him all roughly 1500cals he says the most per day is 1700 but that is a low day on some day i have mackeral for lunch and that bumps up cals.

all portions are small the meals are tiny for me anyway small poortionsare the way forward.
 
Gettinstarted, next time you want to ask a diet question involving anything to do with vacation or spring break and you put AS in the question, include your stats and your previous cycles and save yourself the hassle of people harassing you. There are so many kids wanting to do AS to get "big and cut" in a few weeks before spring break/summer vacation that it gets old hearing them. We always flame them to death. Just put your stats and cycles up next time and no worries.
 
Why not just leave the AS out of the equation.. Just do tons of cardio and get your diet on point. Or better yet, why not for the time being, just leave yourself the way you are. You just going down there to drink and eat shitty. If you knew you were going to Cancun in June, then you should have started preparing for it months ago. Getting laid in Cancun has nothing to do with AS, it’s all about beer. My granddad can get laid in Cancun by a 19 year old and he’s 85 and has no legs.
I do need some help with something, I’m going to Florida in two weeks and I was wondering if anyone could help me. I’m 25%bf and need to get to 6%bf before I go. My buddy said he is brining me some AS, but I don’t know what they are. He says just take them and I will be at 6% in two weeks. IS this possible? And I by the way, my diet is in check. Don’t ask me what my diet, because I won’t post it. My diet is perfect (making a post while eating McDonalds value meals.)
