hey man i hear ya..good for you playa..she deserved it..dont let some triflin ho do that to you..i understand your point about being disrespected..thats exactly how i felt when my ex dumped me..
whats new with me? not much, my ex just fuckin with me tryin to call me and see me one last time (why? i think just to make me feel like a bigger piece of dog shit but oh well)
Other than that I'm pretty pumped in the gym...my strength has gone up and my recovery time (soreness) has decreased..i feel great...i even got lil veins poppin out of my chest which has never happened before..
and i'm only on the beginin of week two on this cycle
so hopefully things get better here in the next few weeks
