How are their shipments packaged?

All the stuff you can order there is fine to import as far as i know- they do a standard packing job not like a source or anything of course. You'll receive what you order they are a legitimate place of business.

Even the low cost insulin I can get from them for my (as Willford Brimley says) "diabetiz"?

Not sure what you're asking but you'll get it and it won't be seized. If you really were a diabetic you could die if they do that.
