From my understanding, it is actually -legal- to have a personal amount of AAS. Two questions...

1. Is it actually defined anywhere what is considered a personal amount?

2. What if LE see your address on a popped source's computer? Is it suddenly illegal to have that personal amount because they discovered how you got it?

1- No.

2- No. It's a case by case.

So may or may not be legal- but at one point you broke the law cuz u had to buy them which is illegal but they would have to prove that with actual receipt of delivery and signature i believe.
