Can we get a MOD List?

I am in need of contacting a few mods concerning someone i suspect may be a scammer. I can go through the posts and find moderators but I think if we had a list somewhere for quick access all one would have to do is go to that list and message those mods in one click. What do you guys think and is it possible?
