Im almost done with my winny only cycle which is almost 9 weeks and I want to continue cycling with fina but drop the winny.

If I start the fina now will I compromise my gains because I didnt take time off to give my receptors a break.

thanks

you should be fine as far as gains are concerned. It's a little late, but winny w/ fina would have been much better.

The answer is yes and no. See, here's one theory that alot of guys use. They will begin a cycle with no end, meaning that they will continue using steroids until they no longer get gains. For some that may be 8 weeks and for others it may be 8yrs! It all depends on you.

do u think if I wait another 8 weeks and start again, I will make better gains then??

Personally I would take a break and start a new cycle in another 9 weeks. Gains diminushing after given period of time I think are due to a few factors, one is overtraining. For many of us, intensity goes through the roof while on. Secondly we consume more resources in the form of vitamins and minerals when on and I think those that stop gaining after a certain point are likley defiecient in that area.

The winny probably stopped working after 6 weeks. If you change to a completely new steroid like fina you will get fresh gains.

Your receptors don't downgrade, so giving them a "break" is pointless. If you cycle the reason should be to allow your HPTA to return periodically so that you don't suffer permanent suppression which can be a consequence of long cycles.

Cycling also gives you a rest by allowing your body's chemistry to function normally without being affected by drugs.

Cycling also helps prevent overtraining. Essentially your body overtrains after about 8 weeks and needs at least a week off to recover.

Brezzers that should make you about mid cycle right. There is no reason to go off as long as you are making gains AND MAINTAING HEALTH, the longer that you stay on the more that you need to be aware of how your system is holding up, that means more frequent blood work, BP checks, checking pulse rates. You need complete liver and kidney screens every few months. It makes all the difference to find a good doctor aware of what you are doing to work with you. I've went on long cycles in the past, and felt that after 8 to 10 weeks switching the drugs used increased my abilty to make greater gains. I think that every once in a while that it is good to clear your system though.
