Can this be right?

although cardio does make you healthier, so it isn't that bad a thing in the long run.
 
Oddly, the cardio is the one thing I feel really good about. I have definitely gained stamina and I even think that my legs have gotten stronger (although everything else seems weaker). My breaks between sets on training days are shorter and I just generally feel better. You are probably right that cardio is a big factor, but I would rather up the calories than stop doing it.
