Can test cause fever like temperatures?

I went to the doc yesterday b/c of sleeping probs but when she took my temp, I was at 101.3. I normally have a temp in the 97 range. My BP was at 122/80 so it's not high bp. I took a couple xenedrine but that was at 5am and I was at the doc at 1:30pm so I don't think the thermos had anything to do with it. Currently 5 1/2 weeks into 500mg test depot with .5mg arimidex and 10mg nolvadex ED. Any suggestion?

Dude be very fucking careful with this, my last cycle I tried 2grams a week of enanthate and not only did I end up with a 104 degree fever but also a very bad bacterial infection in my lungs due to zero immune system. Whatevery you do, don't try a dose jump like I did!!!!

LOL No way man. This is my first cycle so I don't think I'll be up at 1g anytime soon if not ever let alone 2g

Yes,the endocrine and immune systems are interrelated.Sometimes when homeostasis is threatened,the immune system goes out of whack.This can lead to flu-like symptoms.

Just got done frontloading 1500mg/wk enth and 1600mg/wk eq for 2 weeks and im running hot as hell, slightly stuffy too. Its just a minor annoyance though.

I didn't think it was anything b/c I feel fine except the insomnia but that's been going on for years. I know people tend to get "sust flu" or something equivalent but I'm over half way through which is what made me curious. I just wanted to make sure. Thanks guys.

Etiocholanolone is a metabolite of testosterone that when injected directly causes fever and flu like symptoms. According to Goodman & Gilman's The Pharmacological Basis of Therapeutics, 5th ed p. 1465, temperature as high as 105 degreees have been recorded after IM etiocholanolone. This is assumed to be the cause of "steroid fever".

This is not a problem with therapeutic doses of test, but when frontloading "steroid fever" can definitely be a problem. EQ causes it as well at high doses since testosterone, and hence etiocholanolone, are metabolites of EQ.
