My girl is getting a little unmotivated. She has lost some fat, but feels like it may not be worth it in the long run. She needs some encouragement. It's tough for her cuz she loves carbs and hates meat. She also gets migraines on a low calorie diet. I was wondering if somebody (male or female) could post some befor/after pics that I can show her. I am not platinum so if you could post them big I would really appreciate it. Thanks..

Here are some...

Congrats to your girl on dropping the fat. You said she's getting migranes - does she eat small meals every 2-3 hours? This can help, as the migranes might be due to hunger/low blood sugar. Each meal should contain some protein. I like carbs too, but I NEVER eat a carb w/o some protein.

The "before" pictures are from when I used to starve a lot (or just eat sweets :D) and only do cardio (lots and lots) or light weights.

The "after" pictures are what happened when I started eating a better diet (meaning no more skipping meals, eating sufficient calories and nutrients), cutting back on cardio and training heavy instead of "toning".

The funniest thing is before, I'd always thought my legs were genetically "big", so I NEVER trained them heavy. So I was shocked that when I DID train them heavy, I actually dropped 2 pant sizes (even though I gained 10 lbs)! Also, I went up a size in tops, due to added shoulder/back width.

Wow, FitFossil. That is an awesome transformation. You almost look too good. She tries to keep up with her meals as best she can. She's on the road alot so it can be hard. Her migraines are getting better though. Thanks a bunch for the reply..
