Congrats to your girl on dropping the fat. You said she's getting migranes - does she eat small meals every 2-3 hours? This can help, as the migranes might be due to hunger/low blood sugar. Each meal should contain some protein. I like carbs too, but I NEVER eat a carb w/o some protein.
The "before" pictures are from when I used to starve a lot (or just eat sweets

) and only do cardio (lots and lots) or light weights.
The "after" pictures are what happened when I started eating a better diet (meaning no more skipping meals, eating sufficient calories and nutrients), cutting back on cardio and training heavy instead of "toning".
The funniest thing is before, I'd always
thought my legs were genetically "big", so I NEVER trained them heavy. So I was shocked that when I DID train them heavy, I actually dropped 2 pant sizes (even though I gained 10 lbs)! Also, I went up a size in tops, due to added shoulder/back width.
