you maybe being charged 11.97 but you account isn't plat. at the moment. you should ahev 4 blue stars showing your plat. you have yellow stars indicating your just a normal non plat. member.

Just so you dont feel like your wasting anymore of your money, chemicalmuscle.com has a great search feature that you dont have to pay for. It may be a good sub. until your platinum is fixed.
