can some body help me get my name back???

I recently moved. I still have the same email addy. I tried loging in with my user name and pass word, but it keeps coming up that I'm a unregistered user. I than tried to regester again with my same addy and pass word And it comes up that some body already has that log in name. than it asks if I forgot my log in name and pass word . I give them my addy, they send me the same password And log in name that I always had . and still I can't log on and reply or post. Is This because I have A different IP addy THANKS BROS, lionheart
