Can Juice go bad

I had some stuff left over from 50ml vials .. its almost 2 years old, does the stuff loose potency after a while?

Yes its sealed, but does it just go bad or its not as potent?

I usually keep it refrigerated and it stays good for a week or so. I usually get a much larger amount, usually a half gallon.

ive used expired sustanon in little amps was expired for like 3 years and it was good to go,
