Can I use honey intead of dextrose post workout??I dont have dextrose

It's better than nothing. Honey is a fructose/sucrose mix....not ideal but it won't make or break you.

actually, the powdered gatorade has dextrose...for some reason bottled gatorade doesnt

Correct me if i'm wrong but, i thought gatorade has alot of unnecasary sugars in it.

I thought that was the idea, to get dextrose. It may also have some maltodextrin.
