i still have a little knot in my ass from last mondays injection and i wondering if it is safe or not to inject there...i would use the other cheek but i just shot there thursday..thanks for input

I wouldn't inject into the knot, try to find another area several inches away from it, or better yet start quad injections they are much easier, BTW what are you injecting that is giving you the knots?

Never used the stuff but I hear it is quite painfull. Go to spotinjections.com and find some new areas to poke!

Good suggestions on the site monkey. I just ran out of places as well. I hate to shoot quads but guess I'll have to. usually I stick to glutes and delts.

Why do you hate quads? I find them the easiest of all...and it's a big muscle group, so good absorption.

I wish I could have better luck with delt shots. I always seem to hit veins and depending on what I'm shooting the soreness really affects me there. Someone mentioned lat shots, I might give that a try sometime. I've got a big hunk of meat there but it might be a bit awkward. Quads have become my favorite.
