Can I please have an expert help

Ok so im going to give you a little background information so you know where im coming from..
when i was 17 i took my first cycle.. i was 130 lbs i reached 190 lbs in a 10 week cycle.. i kept working out naturally for a whole year and i only lost 5 lbs im guessing water weight... so i maintained 185 lbs at 14 % b.f. im 5'10 ... i did another cycle after being off for a full year this time it was a 12 week cycle.. and i reached 215 being my maximum .. i lost another 8 lbs and i maintained for a full year again.. when i was 20 years old i got arrested and sentenced to 1 year in prison.. there was no food i was bored so i did some drugs.. i didnt excercise at all.. so i came out after a year and im back at 150 lbs... so ive been at the gym for about 2 months and im 170 lbs naturally... im eating like a pig 24 7 .. very good food.. steak and 5 eggs with oatmeal for breakfast for example... my question for u is when is it the right time for me to start a cycle? im honestly very impatient because of how good i used to look and now im skinny i hate it .. and for whoever answers my question i will post what juice i have so u can tell me how to take it.. plz help me and thank u for taking the time to read my post.. im sorry if its messy

What is your current body fat?
It's good to eat a lot but you want to make sure you don't eat so much you put on mainly body fat
 
i havent checked .. ive only been in the gym for 2 months after jail.. but im eating healthy.. no garbage whatsoever .. im not fat. no belly .. and cut muscles.. i just wanna gain mass.. so lets say im at 16% body fat..

Hmm alright I would say stay at it for another 2-3 months before you consider juice again
 
well you asked for our opinions and i hope you aren't one of those people who are fishing for an answer to give them justification.

i will say bluntly and i hope you agree ... what a mess!!

why not get your life together for a few years and mature into a man and then worry about steroids. at your height you can easily get over 200 naturally.
 
You've got muscle memory and you've only been back at it for 2 months. Hit it hard and go for at least another year.

It's a harsh answer but please follow through and have patience. Juice is the last thing you need right now.
 
I agree, muscle memory is great. However, you got your muscle quickly through juicing, and had no base, so don't expect to just blow up huge very fast as soon as you get back to it. It's gonna take some work.

Get yourself some DAA powder from needtobuildmuscle.com and mix it in your favorite preworkout drink like N2KTS, hit the gym and get to lifting.

I would suggest a SL 5X5 to get back into good form.

Don't hit juice again until you're done growing natty, and you'll be surprised how big you can end up.

I agree with Steve. Get yourself together and train naturally for a while. You can take some natty test boosters like daa, and some creatine and other supps but stay away from juice. Get a good solid natural base first.
