can I inject HCG subcutaneously?

can I inject 1000mg in .20ml of bacteriostatic water subcutaneously? the reason I ask is this: My HCG comes in two vials; one has 5000mg of HCG, the other has 1ml of bacteriostatic water. Therefore, if I want to inject only 1000mg, I will need to use a 1ML syringe and the only kind I know of are insulin syringes, which are used subcutaneously.

Yes, you can do either Sub-Q or IM.

No, but why not add more bac water so that it's easier to measure?
