can i get away with a 1' needle?

i got 1" needles im wondering if i can get away with that? i did it last night, a little bit ofblood trickeled out, but no oil,

what do you think guys?

btw: im shooting glutes

Generally 1 inch should not be a problem unless you are carrying excessive fat back there.

You're fine, I've always used 1.5" inch for glutes and i don't have a fat ass at all... But 1" should be OK...

23g 1" is all I have ever used and haven't had any problems. But if you have an EXTREMELY fat ass you may need 1.5".

if you see oil come out then you need a longer needle, and about yer blood issue i hope you withdraw to see if blood enters the syringe if it does then pull out and try again
