How many have experienced the awesome power of Eggology? Sure, you pay a bit more, but you know that these egg whites have been tested fully-- so raw is not a question, it's an answer.

Raw egg whites contain a certain B vitamin (is it a vitamin? or a mineral?) that prevents about half of the protein from being used properly. Cooking the egg inhibits the action that vitamin.

i use egg whites for my scrambled eggs in the morning. never used the eggology, but i think ohashi negated any gains from the use of them.
