ephedrine-hcl is what you want to get. I know it's still legal to buy here in Canada and also in the US. Don't see why u couldn't get it in Mexico. Couldn't tell ya where to look though.

Pure ephedrine hcl is legal in the U.S. ephedra is banned. I just got some. Online nutrition stores sell it so you can have it shipped to you through them.
