can clomid lessen pumps

I have had a good friend on 75 mg prop eod, 500 sus a week, and 400 deca a week. He took d-bol for the first 10 days for a little boost. It is about 4 weeks in and he started clomid last Monday. He called me today bitching that his pumps suck and he doesnt feel like hes juicin. His prop, sus, and deca has been consistent and it is all 100% real.

Can clomid cause this?
