Can anyone help a Dreamweaver newbie?

I'm pretty good on Frontpage, but goddam Dreamweaver isn't uploading my CSS info so my test pages are incomplete. I've created a template that looks OK in the Preview on Browser, and each individual page looks ok, but when I click a link on the first page that I am testing in the Test on Browser, it links, but the next page looks incomplete, most specifically, the images I included in the template are "broken" (not showing) and the font styles defined & applied via CSS are not being applied. The same crappy results show up in my test website when I upload to the server. What gives? Seems like somewhere either the CSS file isn't uploading or is sitting incompleted in a cache somewhere. I've cleared & rebuilt the cache a couple times also.
