Can anyone explain this reaction to T3?

Last time I took T3 I experienced a mild heart palpitation/skipped beat just at the point of falling asleep - this obviously brought me back to alertness

I didn't make a connection until I took 12.5mcg T3 yesterday morning and it happened that night when I went to sleep also, weird isn't it?

Can anyone explain this, I don't think it is dose related as my last cycle was as high as 75mcg ED

its a known side of T3. just get up and walk around if it happens again
