can any one help me ?

Hello

i am a 24 yr old male and i weigh 285 and im 6 ' tall, i have been training for almost 6 months now, i do cardio 4 times aweek in the morning and train 4 times a week also , my eating habets are good , i eat 6 - 7 meals a day , lots of protein , some carbs and good fats , i also was prescribed cyp. for hormone therapy 200 mg. a week , i suffered from gyno symtoms since i was 13 so i very sensitive, also on 20mg a day nolvadex,

my q is to u is how come im not losing any weight , im still 285 and my waist is the same , i have gained some shape and size , but i cant shake the spare tire

can some one help, i have spent hundreds of dollars on supplements and doctors

I can tell you steroids aren't for losing weight. As far as your weight loss situation - you might want to make a mirror post on the diet and nutrition board. Lotsa informed bros there.
 
Drop your carbs down,as well as your overall daily caloric routine,and up your cardio to EVERY day,until you start getting towards your desired BF/weight levels,then you can cut back.Do not consider anabolics until you get your bodyfat down and you have reached a plateau in training.
 
keep your carbs low...buy some ALA take it at 1000mgs/day... get ALA for a cheap price online at www.kilosports.com also buy some ginger root take that at 500-1000mgs RIGHT before each meal..buy that from gnc or some drug stores should carry it...ginger root will help you take down more protein...MARCO had a great post on that do a search for it if you want to read it...
