M MadCow1 Guest Dec 1, 2001 #3 Gaining strength too quickly will cause joint issues as the connective tissue/tendons/lig doesn't respond to gains as quickly as the AS induced muscular/strength gains. PLers like GH because it strengthens the other tissues and prevents injuries.
