What can I take too boost up my calories???I work a lot and its not always easy to eat...any suggestions???cell-tech maybe

I m 32years old weight only 143pounds!!!! and i m 1,76 m tall.Its very difficult to gain some weight for me...10years ago i did a dbol/test cycle and gained 20 pounds but I m too concerned with hairloss...so now I use anavar,deca or EQ along with finasteride
 
about 5'9" and 143 lbs...and you are using AAS??? You should be more than able to achieve that naturally through diet and hard work. I think you had better look at your training, your diet, and make sure youre getting enough rest. Stay off AAS until you get those dialed in and stop making natural gains.
 
When I'm taking in 5000 cals a day, I use honey mixed in my protein shakes before and after my workouts. It is a cheap, simple and effective way to increase cals and the timing helps me from becoming a fat pig.

lol this dude is 143lbs I dont think honey is gonna do shit for him.lol

I would look into things that take a long time to digest and which are high in cals and carbs. Example peanut butter and bannanas. That is a great combo. I recommend people like you to eat a bannana and flax oil with every meal. This is going to slow down that matabolism as well as put weight on you.
