Calories on refeed

I was just wondering when you are refeeding once a week on a keto, how many calories are you supposed to take in on ur refeed bc i think i am taking in wayyyyy too many...

In BodyOpus duchaine says 16g carbs * (lbm) keeping everything else the same, I think par dues talks about calorie levels in his articles too if you can find them.
