Calories on ECA/clen cycle ?

I have just begun an 8 week cutting cycle using ECA for two weeks, followed by two weeks of clen use.
It's my first time using these compounds.

Normally when I cut I do 12 times bodyweight to calculate my daily caloric intake.
Could it be possible to take 11 times bodyweight, daily, because of the anticatabolic effects of the ephedrine and the clen ?

My stats are 220lbs at 13%.
 
Well, the slower you lose weight, the less muscle you will lose no matter what. If you are in no hurry, you should probably stick with 12 X bodyweight still. But yes, both of those compounds have had a very anticatabolic effect on me.

My advice to you is to save the clen for later --- perhaps for when you are already very lean. If you have not used ECA before, it will be VERY effective for you alone. I suspect you will like ECA just as much as clen. Furthermore, while ECA suspends your metabolism long-term, clen will eventually lower your metabolism with sustained use. Clen has more potential for rebound. However, clen *is* more effective in the short term. It is also more anticatabolic in the short term. That's why I think it's good to save it for near the end of a cutting cycle.

Well actually summer starts in june over here so I am in a hurry.
I'll do 11x bw and see how far it gets me.

Save the clen for later ? Maybe that's a good idea, I've been on the eca for a couple of days now and it gives me a good feeling and it seems to work very well. Off course I'll have to run it a bit longer to really be able to tell if it's any good.
 
By the way, BigAndy69 seems to know a lot about clen. Take some potassium pills to prevent cramping and drink a lot of water of course --- it will improve your workouts. You might want to use ALA or some other glucose disposal agent post-workout --- clen and ECA slightly hinder glycogen synthesis post-workout in my experience (since they suspend muscle ATP levels). It's still very much less catabolic than dieting without clen/ECA.
