Can I just go from 2100 cals/day to say 3700/day? Or should I taper it (and if so over what timespan)? I dont want a ton of excess fat.
Ive been cutting since spring. I started eating around 2300 cals/day and tapered down to where I am now, about 2100 cals/day. Taking into account my current activity level, maintenance calculates to be about 3200/day.
Even eating ~1000 cals lower than my calculated maintenance, my progress pics from 1 month ago show absolutely no change. Therefore, I want to go back to bulking (until next spring) and make some real progress.
If it matters I am currently starting my second week of a 11oxo/epistane cycle. I am planning to drop the 11oxo and replace it with trenazone (dienolone) for the next 5 weeks (also on HRT ).
