Calories for a Hardgainer on Anavar Only?

Alright Bros,
I did one cycle 2 years ago of Deca only at 300 mg per week. Currently I am, 22, 190 pds, 8% body fat. I eat extremely clean 6 times a day and consume around 240 grams of protein a day.

I am about to run Anavar only for 9 weeks at 40mg per day. I want to know how I should eat on this cycle. I will definitely be consuming 300 to 400 grams of protein per day.

I want to know how many calories I should consumer per day? Because of my body type should I just eat everything in fucking site (pizza, hamburgers) et and not worry gaining fat. When I was on my Deca Cycle I did this and still lost quite a bit of body fat while gaining about 10 pounds.

I need some feedback, so please take the time to help.

Yup....if you're a hardgainer, you better warm up your chewing muscles, and keep a shovel in the silverware drawer.
 
190 at 6'3 is pretty small. Try gaining naturally with more food. I think that food is the key for you, and you're not eating nearly enough.
 
If you are a real hardgainer, try dbol+as much protien as you can stuff in your face. I mean as much as physically possible. You will grow.
 
I agree with Jubei and Mavy. I had similar stats to yours when I was in my early 20's. Gear was not an option for me at that time, so I ATE all of the protein I could. I would try that first. Unless you don't want to get any bigger. What are your gioals with this cycle?
 
My goals for this cycle are 10 + pounds of muscle. Some of you may not think thats likely, but after reading some of the posts on this board, I think with the right diet I could gain up to 15. My biggest problem stems from the fact that I like to eat very clean. My protein consumption is usually around 250+ grams anyways, with the Var I will try to get it to about 400. The amount of calories i consume is my concern. Some guys on the Board eat anything and everything in site when they are on the gear and trying to put on weight. I´m thiking this is what I should do (burger king, pizza hut, et.) daily to insure that my calories are high, given my body type.

I really need more feedback on this. Because its Var, I´m thinking it will be ok for me to eat anything and not really worry about body fat rising. Thanks guys.
