im hitting the winny 1cc 3x/week
and trenbolone 1cc 3x/week
im doing it for 10 weeks.....
my stats are 20 years old 210 lbs 11-12% body fat. I would like to maintain/gain bodyweight, and drop about 5% body fat. any advice from some experienced users. I am currently doing 3,000 calories/day with about 200g protein/ day./ Should i up it to 5,000 cal/day????
ive heard tren is really good with winny, but what calories should i do?
