If I want to put size on my chest, or any other muscle for that matter, would I want to eat bigger the day I am lifting so that I am essentially loading for my lifts? or is it better to eat heavier after I do my chest workout, like that night and the next day while my muscles are recovering?
Would one have a bigger effect than the other on my mass growth? or does it not make a difference?
